| This is the main view of the RSIGuard program. The buttons let you turn RSIGuard components on/off. | ![]() | ||||
| This
is one of the screens in the Startup Wizard. Each screen describes some
aspect of RSIGuard, providing users basic training and orientation for
RSIGuard. In addition, most screens also give the user simple options to
select from to customize RSIGuard to their personal needs.
Once they start using RSIGuard and understand their needs better, users can fine tune RSIGuard in the Settings screens. | ![]() | ||||
| This is the BreakTimer section of the Settings window. From here, you set up the main parameters of BreakTimer. After you tell RSIGuard how prone you are to computer pain, RSIGuard initializes its trauma model. Here, you can also set your "willpower to respect breaktime." | ![]() | ||||
| During a break, this window appears to tell you it's time to take a break. You can end a break early (depending on willpower setting), postpone the break, or let RSIGuard know that you want to adjust your break schedule. |

| These are small snapshots of the 31 stretches that are displayed during breaks in RSIGuard Stretch Edition 4.0 and RSIGuard Call Center Edition 4.0. Click Here to download a zip file of higher resolution still images of the snapshots (e.g. for use in presentations). | ![]() | ||||
| This is the AutoClick section of the Settings dialog. From here, you can designate how long the mouse must be still before automatically clicking, and how much the mouse has to move before the next AutoClick can occur. You can also control the feedback AutoClick provides, select left-handed configuration, access more advanced AutoClick settings, or view a tutorial. | | ||||
| This settings screen lets you select which stretches to view during breaks and various other settings. | ![]() | ||||
| These are some sample graphs from the "RSIGuard Reports" program. The solid lines show data trends, whereas the light dashed lines show the raw data as recorded. Click here for more reporting samples. | ![]() | ||||
| This is a sample of the Keypress Frequency report that shows the percentage that each key is used. The most used keys are highlighted in red. Moderately used keys are highlighted in blue. | ![]() | ||||
| This window lets people submit reports about their symptoms to an ergonomics manager. In addition to the subjective information the user fills in, RSIGuard also includes DataLogger statistics. The DataLogger statistics provide an objective analysis to go along with the user's perceptions so that a manager can see, for example, how a user is
working and how a user is feeling as a result.
If a user prefers not to have this information submitted along with their report, they can check the "Exclude DataLogger Statistics from Report" box. In addition, if management prefers not to have employees take a discomfort survey, the statistics can be submitted without the survey. | ![]() |
